Long Silent Time To Remember (5)

The porters at Jeddah Airport.

As I told both Professor Jansen and Ishikawa that I really would like to be more patient to be in the journey, I really learned how to be more patient. "You are very patient, Ika-San. Why you need more?" Ishikawa asked me. I said that I want to be more patient in every situations. "I need to train myself more," I said. Really that I had to be patient since my first step in Jeddah when I arrived. Nothing was clear. Nothing was exact. Everything was unsure. No exact time. Everything was "about" with bold capital letter.
While we were waiting them in uncertainty, they were sooooo relax.
We arrived Jeddah at around 09.00 in the morning. Soon after our arrival, we really did not know where to go. Everything was by unclear instruction. No signs. To my surprised, I was able to receive everything happened to me. Professor Jansen always said that, "Ika is well organized." I will soon critisize if there is something which is not organized well. But at that time I was soooooooooo quiet. I think the way they manage and organize hajj pilgrimage was so bad. However, I did not say anything and waited for the bus to bring us to Mecca until 22.00 at night patiently. All my focus was to complete my journey . . . . and enjoy whatever I face.
